Bellator 68 Results

Jacob loses a very questionable decision in Bellator 68. Everyone thought Jacob had the win until it was announced differently. Dispite the decision loss, Jacob put on a great display of his stand-up game and was able to show the world that he was more than just a grappler. We will see what is in store for Jacob next. His last two fights in Bellator were by far two of his most exciting fights and he was able to showcase more of his skills having a great ground battle with Dave Jansen and a stand-up war with Don "Carlo" Clauss.

Bellator 62 Results

Jacob had a great fight in Bellator 62 losing to a tough competitor in Dave Jansen by decision. Jacob was able to show off  more of his skills in this fight and it made for a real exciting match with Jacob almost sinking in the submission in round 2. The whole fight was packed with great scrambles and submission attempts from both fighters but Dave finished the strongest in round 3 and won the judges votes. Jacob will be back in the cage on May 11th in Atlantic City with another tough opponent to be announced soon!

Clinch Academy's Jacob Kirwan will be fighting again in Bellator on March 23rd in Laredo, Texas against WEC and Bellator Veteran Dave Jansen. Dave has an impressive pro record of 17-2-0. Just as Rene Nazere has an impressive record of 10-0 that Jacob changed to 10-1. Jacob is looking to bring Dave his 3rd loss and secure an show the world that his victory over Rene Nazere was no fluke.
